About this guide
Physical activity is known to have numerous benefits for people living with cancer. However, there is a lack of clear information on how much and what types of activity are safe to recommend for those with metastatic bone disease (MBD).
This guidance aims to address that gap, and is intended for use by all healthcare professionals who come into contact with people living with cancer, including nurses, dietitians, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and doctors.
The guide has been reviewed by our healthcare professionals team and confirmed as up to date as of July 2024.
